      Nice direct teammates, flexible work schedule

      Leadership is uninvolved and non-directive. There are no growth opportunities and the "team" does not talk to each other at all. No sense of camaraderie.

      Pros

      Strong executive leadership team. Managers who genuinely care for and push for your career growth and potential to be fulfilled.

      Cons

      No complaints thus far. Perhaps wish there was more alignment across Datasite's portfolio companies. Not much day-to-day collaboration or social connection between portco employees.
