Super smart colleagues who are also nice (not a tech bro culture, pretty diverse), communicative and receptive leadership, and a relatively no-frills approach to getting work done efficiently and well. Things move quickly and the company is growing, which can be exciting.
Cons
Fully remote company can make it hard to build relationships with coworkers.
