The following feedback is based solely on my personal experience at the company. ​While my early experience with the company was positive, the final eight months were marked by a significant decline in professional standards and management conduct. My primary concerns are as follows: ​Confidentiality Breaches: Despite reporting concerns to HR and Operations, management repeatedly shared private, sensitive information with the team. This behavior continued even after formal warnings. ​Failure of Management Support: Direct requests for guidance were ignored, and internal grievances were met with a lack of acknowledgement, leading to an isolating work environment. ​Inconsistent Professionalism: There was a notable double standard regarding conduct and workload. Management frequently criticized staff for minor issues (such as attire or short breaks) while failing to adhere to those same standards themselves or contribute to shared tasks during high-volume periods. ​Negative Workplace Culture: A pattern of belittling comments and exclusionary behavior created an environment that felt unprofessional and unsupported. ​Despite following all internal reporting procedures, no corrective action was taken. I am sharing this to highlight the need for better managerial accountability and staff support.
