Pros

Company would take you to sporting events and bring in food trucks

Cons

Toxic culture where the management is clouded by their own failed initiatives and never involve line level employees on decisions, making for disjointed decision making that never benefited operations. Good 'ol boy mentality within management 1st job I have ever experienced a culture where the executive management team would not interact with staff.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your experience working at Dataprise. On a positive note, we glad to hear you took advantage of our various company sponsored activities and were able to have some fun with your colleagues. Many of our employees attest to appreciating our collaborative culture, our open-door policy and our welcoming of new ideas and feedback, so I am sorry to see that we seemed to have missed the mark here for you. We will continue to host regular off-site events, to organize department lunches with the executive management team, and are always open to other suggestions on how we can better connect our staff to executives. Thank you again for helping us improve and best of luck to you.

Pros

Dataprise genuinely stands out for its "people‑first culture". The work environment is built on strong partnerships forming within teams and across departments. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged; it’s lived every day through supporting one another, sharing knowledge freely and helping without hesitation. Success here is collective, not individual, and that mindset creates an atmosphere that fosters growth. Executive leadership drives this culture by recognizing and empowering employees at all levels, trusting teams to take ownership, and valuing diverse perspectives. When challenges arise, the focus is on solutions and learning. Leaders are invested in employees well‑being. They actively create space for feedback, recognize contributions, and ensure people feel valued for their work rather than their output. Overall, this is an organization where collaboration thrives, people are empowered to succeed, and leadership understands that a supportive and engaged workforce drives long‑term success. I feel privileged to have found this oasis in the workplace desert.

Cons

No significant cons. To be perfectly honest. I cannot think of anything that I would like to see changing at this time.
