      too low salary according to the lots of work! not effective and low speed of reaction in marketing, no stay long time.

      Pros

      you can learn something new in telecom field. People were good at that time. And Shanghai is a great city.

      Cons

      You have to work till night many times in a month. The salary is not so satisfying. And still use old fashion management.
