      Pros

      Flexibility. Really great people. Relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Top heavy in management. Poor management. Ratio of management to employees was way off. At times seemed like no one was at the helm. Very little training. You are left to figure things out for yourself.

      Everyone helps each other when needed. Friendly environment. Lots of travel if you like that

      Management is focused on completing the project, not on what you are doing every moment. It's wonderful place to start.

      Salaries are a bit low, no room for advancement
