      No WFH No work life balance No defined working hours unwanted pressure company infrastructure and environment is not good Calling anyone at anytime irrespective of their situations or hours

      not sure there is any .

      Cons

      Employees are expected to work 10–12 hours daily, including weekends and major holidays like Diwali and Christmas. Management prioritizes speed over quality and pushes for quick solutions just to sell. As a result, product quality suffers and often does not work as expected. The environment feels highly exploitative. Strongly advise against joining the engineering department.

      People are great, get to learn alot

      Cons

      No work life balance need to work more than 8hrs a day and also on weekends and you don't get any compensation for that. And they have normalized this
