Thank you for writing a review. As a current employee, it's disappointing to hear that you have had such a negative experience at Dataminr. We want our employees to feel rewarded for their contributions; this is an important focus area for the People Team and Leadership. Our Total Rewards strategy continuously explores ways to retain and reward our team members, because we value the important work that our employees do supporting Dataminr's mission. Last year's decision to conduct layoffs was a difficult one and was not made lightly. The momentum is building in this break-out year, with so many exciting opportunities on the horizon.
