Great culture, challenging problems - Engineer Dataminr Employee Review

I've been on the engineering team at Dataminr for a while and I've seen a lot of change, largely for the better. There is a spirit of openness and improvement across our team which fosters inclusion and feedback. The technical development is a blend of greenfield work and moving legacy systems into more modern platforms. There is a push/pull between delivering new commercial initiatives with new development and modernization efforts that shifts month to month, but it feels like a healthy balance. The product is fantastic and working with the AI teams that enable it is fun and challenging. Overall the people I work with everyday and the innovation we contribute to are what continue to excite me about the Company.
