Pros
The most obvious one is that we are at the right place at the right time. We have first-mover advantage in one of the hottest markets there is, and we are only now finally starting to see some ankle-biters of competition. But with 4+ years of development ahead, a visionary and very involved *product* CEO at the helm, and just huge market opportunity, this is an amazing place to work if you are just as hungry to win. Other than that: + consistently challenged, never bored + a genuine care for our community (volunteering at food banks, have done canned food drives, bought a tree & spread awareness about the delancey street foundation, we even sold a special version of our product where 100% of proceeds went to helping a wildlife foundation that is working to save the elephants, ETC.) + amazing new office in SF close to public transit, food trucks, good restaurants + dog-friendly! :) + SUPER smart people + Weekly happy hours (in-house kegerator) ;)
Cons
With any high-growth startup there is going to be growing pains. There is no rest for the weary. You have to want this. There were a few negative people within the organization who have mostly weeded themselves out now but there are a couple left.
