Pros

Very good staff and middle management people in many of the departments. We get along and want to see improvement in the company. Senior management recently changed by Dover Corporation, which gives us renewed hope.

Cons

The prior senior management regime created an organization with functional silos and this impeded our communications and cooperation and caused frequent mis-alignments that diminished our business performance.

Pros

- Managers are reasonable and you are not expected to work ridiculous hours. - You are encouraged to take PTO by your manager. - A relatively young and friendly team. - Managers allow the team members to take a 3-4 week vacations once a year. - Paid to learn, training and or tuition reimbursement. - Free soda fountain - Always some free food brought in by coworkers.

Cons

- Top management has not been stable, 3 CEO's in 3 years - Raises have been in the range of 0-3% for the last few years. - Hard to work with the team that is in orlando, lack of facetime = lack of mutual respect - HR is spread too thin and is not onsite and therefore not always responsive - Management and HR is not familiar with California employment laws. - Mother company has stopped investing $ into the company until a performance turnaround is observed.
