Family owned businesses are difficult to work for. They missed the boat offering payroll services compared to the competition. No marketing strategies at all. A few employees have been there for long time and they do whatever they have done for many years nobody monitors their work anymore. You will not be able to grow at this company. They run a very reactive business model.
