      Pros

      Scripted , you read a script and repeat the same thing for 5-8hrs, flexible schedule

      Cons

      It’ll be a Con only if you have children but you HAVE to toggle off anytime you have to use the bathroom , get water literally anything, you will not get paid for that time . So if you start at 9am-6pm but had to take 30 minutes to get your kids settled you now get off at 6:30 and so on, if you don’t complete u get fired.
