Pros

The training was quick, and everything is done through Google Chrome.

Cons

Every week you are graded on performance. But the manager doesn't list what you are actually doing wrong or if you are doing something right. Instead of customer service, the manager wants you to argue with the customer rather than providing them a service that they recommend to their friends. This is a telemarketing position, not anything to do with data entry or customer service. You have to be a great salesperson just to get someone on the phone, but you they require that each calls take less than 3 min to complete the sale.
