      Great people and the cultures between home office and USA were great. Vacation time, pay and benefits were good Dedicated people and a very good product

      At times the politics between sales and service can be toxic in a way, passive aggressive.

      Pros

      Excellent R&D department with innovative products and solutions. Technology copied by competitors with larger marketing budget. Customer first culture!

      Cons

      Lack of Marketing budget and tools. Because the products are so good the expectation is that they will "Sell themselves". The reality is human behavior does not always follows the best technology, but the most "shiny one" even if it is subpar.
