Pros
After a few months of employment, it became clear there really aren't any pros with this company in its current state.
Cons
Datalink pays no salary to it's sales people. Sales people are paid via commissions only. Then, they don't pay commissions until 30 days after the company gets paid. It can take 6 months to a year for an employee to get paid, and that's if you're lucky. Datalink forces all sales people to sign an employment contract that allows the company to refuse to pay commissions if they so choose. They regularly refuse to pay employees commissions earned and then use these millions of dollars of profit to improve their bottom line prior to reporting their numbers.
