Speaking for my org specifically, I can’t respect or support what the new HR leadership team has done, letting go of some of DKU’s most impactful and talented People Team members and leaders. Top players are now leaving voluntarily because of how poorly their peers and managers were treated on the way out. Appallingly, the new CPO and TA leader are rapidly hiring their friends who don’t have AI/ML experience without even having to go through interviews! Meanwhile, respected, battle-tested team members are being kicked to the curb like actual garbage without so much as an organizational announcement - let alone a thank you - for years of service building DKU. But hey don’t worry, the new CPO and friends will at least get to enjoy the liquidity event on the backs of what others built.
