Flexibility in working hours, remote get togethers, smart colleagues, sound product, and great culture.
Cons
Too many changes, too often, not communicated well (before, during and after).

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Firstly, we're glad that you enjoy your coworkers, the flexible work environment and the culture. On the other hand, we understand that reorganization in some parts of the business can feel frustrating.
We regularly evaluate our structure, making the necessary changes to ensure we are operating with focus and efficiency and always with the future needs of the business in mind. We appreciate you letting us know that we can do a better job of communicating when changes are taking place.

major culture shift and pressure on employees. The ship is going down and nobody can even admit its happening. I take daily calls for people that want to leave, but none of us can afford to leave and lose our equity.

Cons
miserable to work here and the product is not strong. other giants in the industry are making this product redundant, and not worth the cost. features are not exciting to customers and they can easily complete the same objectives with other products who have longer standing credentials in the industry or by companies simply making similar functionalities themselves. its an uphill battle convincing any clients of the value of this, and its soul sucking to pedal AI all day. zero inspiration from leadership, huge eye roll every time they speak
