Pros

The product is actually very good and works as intended. As a result, the support organization is very responsive and quick. If part of sales, you will have a low quota.

Cons

Lack of experienced leadership, There is talk about an IPO yet the fair market value of the options keeps dipping at an alarming rate. There is a lack of transparency with financials and with missed targets came a reorganization. The environment is cliquish and NYC-centered, if you are remote then you will have an uphill battle. A lot of brain drain taking place, particularly in Paris! No career plan available unless you are part of “the club.”

On the other hand, it's disappointing to read that you perceive a lack of transparency. Following the feedback we received from our last engagement survey, we have made efforts to do a better job communicating in general. At our recent company kick-off, we heard directly from our CEO about our company vision heading into 2024. We're creating more opportunities for employees to ask questions directly of our Leaders and have those responses shared during company meetings. If you have specific challenges or concerns related to being a remote employee, we encourage you to speak with either your Manager or your People Business Partner so that we can better understand any perceived disadvantages and work on solutions. Regarding asking for comments on Glassdoor, it is true that we advised team members that one of the ways they can support our current hiring activity is to share their positive experiences, where relevant, on Glassdoor. Since many candidates use the site to find information about potential employers, this was one of a number of ways we indicated that employees can help with hiring. We have no current practice of requesting, nor do we have an expectation, that people write positive reviews, just as people are free to share less positive experiences. We believe in openness and transparency, whatever that looks like. The People Team

it’s a job? i guess?

Cons

miserable to work here and the product is not strong. other giants in the industry are making this product redundant, and not worth the cost. features are not exciting to customers and they can easily complete the same objectives with other products who have longer standing credentials in the industry or by companies simply making similar functionalities themselves. its an uphill battle convincing any clients of the value of this, and its soul sucking to pedal AI all day. zero inspiration from leadership, huge eye roll every time they speak
