I originally joined Datafold almost a year ago as one of the first sales hires, motivated by the passion, level-headedness, and genuine desire of the company’s leadership team to build something great regardless of how rough the journey would be. Looking back on the journey so far there hasn’t been a day that I’ve felt like I made the wrong choice to join the team, always knowing that our highs are celebrated together and the rare slump or mistake is taken as learning experiences that will help guide us strategically in the future.
Cons
- The workload can get heavy every so often as we try new things or when some cross-team collaboration is needed. Great if you’re excited to join a company still in its early stages and help set the tone as it scales, but not the best if you thrive on having processes already laid out for you.
