Pros
I love to work with really skilled and brilliant people. There is a culture of responsibility, no bs, and openness. Because of the highly skilled colleagues and high trust, you have a lot of freedom. In previous roles, I haven't worked so closely with customers and their feedback. Here it drives our daily decisions. This is really refreshing to me.
Cons
Because of the team is still small, some knowledge and skills are concentrated at some people. When those are busy it can be a bottleneck.
