It is close to LAX so long weekends are tough to get in and get out.

Datafaction is definitely in growth mode thanks to new leadership brought in around a year ago. It's a great time to join and you really do have an impact on the way things get done. You get to work for and have financial backing from RBC/City National Bank but at the same time you get to work in a casual, agile environment. Remote work from home on a weekly basis is not an issue. Management encourages the culture of a true software company. Colleagues are very helpful, smart and collaborative. There are no issues of overly competitive people or politics.

The current office space is a little tight for the amount of colleagues we have and at the rate we are growing. But they do have plans to move to a bigger space within two years or so.
