      Pros

      Although established for quite some time, Datafaction is renewing its commitment to excellence by empowering employees to take charge and drive a great and enduring product offering. Great opportunities to continue to grow and flourish along side many highly dedicated, motivated, and intelligent colleagues. A strong collaborative and inclusive environment continues to hold many long lasting employees while also providing a foundation to quickly incorporate new members to the team.

      Cons

      Commuting for those driving in can be challenging, but there are plenty of public transportation options available

      - Voice is heard, you can talk to anyone anytime to get queries clarified. - I have been with Datafaction for 4 years and it has been a pleasant experience, people are valued. - Great team, fast paced. - Agile scrum - Always exploring on new technologies. - Nice Pay, good bonus and benefits.

      Cons

      It is close to LAX so long weekends are tough to get in and get out.

      Pros

      Datafaction is definitely in growth mode thanks to new leadership brought in around a year ago. It's a great time to join and you really do have an impact on the way things get done. You get to work for and have financial backing from RBC/City National Bank but at the same time you get to work in a casual, agile environment. Remote work from home on a weekly basis is not an issue. Management encourages the culture of a true software company. Colleagues are very helpful, smart and collaborative. There are no issues of overly competitive people or politics.

      Cons

      The current office space is a little tight for the amount of colleagues we have and at the rate we are growing. But they do have plans to move to a bigger space within two years or so.
