You have the ability to solve very technical problems for people & is a great place to learn recruiting fundamentals

Cons

At the time it was chaotic, as I was moved across different teams every few months due to what the business needed which was a lot learning new things on the fly, which was exciting, but it did get frusterating.

great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

Cons

CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
