      Pros

      The team I was in was one of the best in all aspects. They performed extremely well, with most of them being the top producers. They were always so willing to help me progress and show how they achieved their success.

      Cons

      Genuinely not many. I personally felt a bit out of wack with training and not fully supported in this area. I wish I had asked for more guidance.

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

      Cons

      Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
