Company has a 3 day in-office policy unless the role is fully remote. This is starting to be monitored by some teams (more sales and support-focused, but has started to make its way to sales eng) Definitely starting to see need for structure (and can see it being put in place) so the insane growth days are over for now. With that means less ability to dip your toes into different parts of the org. Job stability outlook is good though (touch wood)
