- Pay is a joke. CS does the work of account managers/sales reps but gets barely anything beyond a tiny bonus, even when you bring in more revenue than actual sales reps.
- Management is completely clueless. Dictatorial, threatening, and obsessed with metrics while completely ignoring employees.
- Everything is “mandatory.” Meetings, trainings, SKOs, they track attendance like it’s a game, no exceptions for being sick or having a disability. Absolutely illegal.
- SKO sessions were pure theater. Mandatory attendance is scanned and points counted, not learning or growing.
- The in-office policy is insane. No flexibility at all.
- Most of the glowing 5-star reviews you see? Probably bots. No context, no real insight. Don’t trust them.
- Turnover rate is INSANE, but guess what? You can’t find this information anywhere.
