Pros

The fellow CSRs - the only plus in this environment.

Cons

Money is below average. Datacom don't even try to retain staff, they have conceded to the fact that there is a revolving door and seems they have adjusted their thinking around recruitment instead of retention. Every minute of your day is recorded (toilet breaks etc) and can be scrutinised if over the allowed percentage for the day. CSRs are the ones taking the hit each day with the job but don't feel like valued members, just a number that can and will be replaced if your not meeting Datacoms needs. Got a complaint, provide feedback. The bottomless pit of feedback that isn't attended to. They seem to think they have progression opportunities but reality is there isn't much room to move there.

Pros

Great for junior level people and a lot of opportunities to learn the technology.

Cons

remuneration isnt great and they tend to forgot that they need to pay to keep and hire talents.
