Pros
Great place to work. Loads of opportunity to learn and upskill. Very knowledgeable people. Innovative ideas and technologies. Good social events - team and company. Clear direction of travel. Modern office and often cutting edge tech to work on/with. Excellent CEO.
Cons
Very large company. Can feel like a small fish in a big bond. As with anything this big, there can be a mixed bag of personalities, and unfortunately some were not too pleasant to deal with - but that's probably any large company.
