Manipulative, high-stress work environment. They use 'stress and bullying' as a business practise. You'll never ever feel safe in your role working here. They have no real HR system, so you're literally on your own. Toxic workplace culture is fine and standard here, nothing is done about it. Might even be intentional so they don't have to pay redundancy, who knows. You'll also get paid an average of 30% less for your time there than elsewhere. Along with wishing you were dead while they keep an axe hanging over your head.
