      Pros

      Baptism by fire. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere in the corporate world.

      Cons

      Abysmal pay, laughable mid-management and most people won't last long enough to reach the KPIs. However, if you do manage to achieve that, you probably now have crippling depression. All in exchange for award rate! Progression based on who you know not what you know, and every second of you 8.5 hours of hell is monitored

      Pros

      All of it . I love helping when someone’s busy and I’m not able to do something because I’m still on the sides. I like filling the ice up when someone’s hot busy, I guess the tables for the hosts a bit, even cutting bread lol. I even enjoy rolling silverware, kiss time and help people out.

      Cons

      Only cons is not getting tips while training but other than that I enjoy it so no hard complaints from me.
