Management. Company performance, Sales performance. Pay. Shadiness. Lack of Morality. Lack of Ethics. Company direction, Lack of Clarity. Everything good about DBM left with Jay Engstrom, he hasn't been involved since the current management kicked him out year ago. 21 years of my life down the drain, because I hooked my wagon to this burnt out star. The animosity I feel towards this organization knows no bounds. I built everything they've ran on for 21 years, and they kicked me out the door. I truly hope they burn.
