      I have started my career in this company and I have been working here since 4.5 years. There are many pros I could see here, few of them are - Good company to start your career and become technically strong - Friendly environment with great opportunities to learn new things - Smart people work here, you can seek them for any kind of technical guidance - Flexible with Work From Home options - Direct communication with clients(US, UK etc.) - Following a very good agile/scrum development process - Salary on time

      1) Company is located at easy accessible location. 2) Good Domains to work in process oriented culture with flexible environment . 3) Freedom to choose and work on any technologies. 4) Your talent is recognised and further being appraised in good monetary terms. 5) Your ideas are valuable asset to company growth. 6) An opportunity to directly interact with Clients and work with them closely. 7) Additionally, every Staff has a direct interaction with management who cares and listens to their concerns.

      Pros

      Joined here with little experience but learned a lot over time. Team members were helpful whenever needed and the work environment was comfortable. Overall it was a good experience for me.
