Pros
It's a good company to start a career in the Banking domain. As it's a small-scale company you get all exposure to the development process, as well as the functional knowledge about the banking sector which will be beneficial to a future career in BFSI.
Cons
JOB security is a big concern with the company. Also, the applications are legacy applications which are built on old technologies, it can cause difficulty while switching another job.
