Pros

A low turn-over of staff from since the company started reflects this sentiment (as do a number of other factors). - Experienced, agile and knowledgeable leadership team. Very strong, positive chemistry - naturally spreads across. - Great pay and excellent benefits. - Remote Working opportunity. Flexible working arrangements (option to work from office provided if one wishes to) improves overall productivity. - People are top-notch - and very human. - The culture is great. Good for one's health. Never previously been part of a structure where I've felt as strongly as I do now to do all I can (irrespective of how small my overall contribution might be) to keep it going.
Cons
Change is the one constant here. The business is very agile and responsive (the space it exists within very quickly evolves), therefore, adjustments happen from time to time. I'd also definitely say that if one isn't willing to pull their weight, then this is not the place.
