Worst Leadership Team I've worked under - Software Engineer DataStax Employee Review

The leadership team is embarrassing, all hands often are gloating areas for how well teams are doing. The fake sense of fun is incredibly evident. CEO is not a nice person, presents aggressively & unable to string a sentence together without using vulgar or curse words. Some of his direct reports are in important positions with zero background/knowledge of IT, Data & applications. Astra is supposedly going to be the next big thing but last year it was not, sales and the product were poor. The company still relies on DSE.
