      Pros

      Technology is leading edge in many areas and it is a great space to be in.

      Cons

      Management is very slow to make decisions, inexperienced in many areas and politics is a major problem even though it is still a startup.

      I truly do loathe politics and if you are feeling encumbered by them, I want to make sure you know that you can come to me (or our VP of HR) with any concerns. If I have blind spots in this regard, I want to know them.
