Pros
When the company just started it used to have a great atmosphere of a tech start up, with a bunch of perks, work from home, free lunches, gym, language classes, very good attitude and care about employees and customers. Ever since the management changed in 2014 it has all disappeared.

Beaurocracy, absence of strategy, narrow mindness, no clear future growth
