Collaborative work environment, fun, innovative. Everyone in lower level positions are amazing.

You must be able to take on work without any questions, or suggestions on how to make things easier, more productive. They play favorites. Allow days off, work from home for some employees but not others. They say they will give you overtime in the handbook even if you're salary and NEVER follow through. If you bring this up you will be fired.
