Cons
Company got a new CEO who is related with owners. Though i think he had some intentions to ruin this good company and in last 2-3 years he has been very successful. Just due to his attitude almost 20 people from senior management left company including VP,CFO, Director Development and Development Managers. As company was not paying for many months so people who left had went against company in court.
Company is applying same attitude with employees and customers due to which it is on the verge of loosing good people and also making project failures.
