      Pros

      My coworkers are brilliant Data scientists who have worked on all kinds of data science problems across all industries. I learn a ton from them every day

      Cons

      Leadership is not transparent about our financial health and where the company is headed. I feel left in the dark on that. When they talk about our financial numbers it’s mostly “rah-rah we’re doing great” even when we aren’t. More humility and honesty
