      Management is good They will be taking more than a month even more and u won't get heard after an interview So if u have that much patience to wait go ahead and apply

      No proper hiring system. Take months to decide

      Pros

      Supportive work culture based on empathy, respect and trust. Senior management will encourage to take up multiple roles and grow individually

      Cons

      Can do better in terms of incentives - monetary, courses, trainings and EAPs No work from home policy which I think will keep large talent from joining them
