      The people are honestly a group of passionate and dedicated group. Solid compensation package, especially for a small nonprofit They show genuine care about its employees Fully paid health insurance Generous paid leave policies It is truly a great organization to work with.

      Cons

      Room for growth is limited which is a common thing for small nonprofits.
