Previously was a good work environment.
Cons
Willing to lay you off immediately if it they can't negotiate for work (and their pretty bad at that). Almost the same amount of directors as engineers making way more money than they should and willing to hire and fire the people doing the real work at will. One class was hired for ~2 months and let go...
