Good WFH policy, very flexible and the medical benefits are better than any other employer I've had. Results-driven, no low performers allowed. Making a positive change in the market and working on advanced technology.

As a startup, direction can shift rapidly. Need to be assertive, able to speak up when you think things are headed in the wrong direction. That said, every time I've spoken up, I've been taken seriously and listened to.

Getting to work on stuff that I like. Less commute time. Free coffee and team lunches once in a while. WFH policy.

Product doesn't seem scalable to me. Be prepared to work extra hours. Compensations are not competitive much. Since its a startup, job description doesn't necessarily match the actual work you will end up doing.
