      Potential to gain a lot of knowledge in the IT field. Great for someone getting started in the business that needs experience to go elsewhere.

      Cons

      Poor management Rules only apply to some Promotions have nothing to do with seniority or education. Very cliquey No one is happy to teach you anything. Very much on your own.

      Small company, and a great place for recent entry level IT grads to start out.

      Cons

      Pay scale is not comparable to industry standards. There is not a lot of room for growth.
