Computer equipment you are given to use is shoddy--the processors in the computer are very slow. Management weak. While on assignment you are out of touch with the home office. Unclear policies for reimbursement--you use your personal phone for work but they do not offer to reimburse you. Must check your paycheck (you are paid twice a month)--make sure the amounts are accurate. It's a small shop that thinks it's more impressive than it is.
