You will only get recognition if you speak out your innovative ideas and present them. Mistakes happen, It’s no big deal. Every company has good and bad deeds. If they balance it correctly, then we employees won’t have any grievances towards them and DC is doing a preety good job in maintaining satisfaction among there employees. Advice to management : I think they should conduct training sessions for personality growth as well, along with the technical training that they usually offer
