Terrible leadership - inexperienced and unprofessional leaders, constant bad decisions, treat people poorly, fake promises and lies, gaslighting everything. Career - there is no career progression, there is no guidance, no time for growth. Tech - some poor choices when it comes to tech and no scope to change it, no time to focus on quality Outlook - performance of the company is suffering The Belgium and UK offices aren't very good
