Pros
Datablend's work/life balance is very important to the company and is shared by the employees who work here. Many of the folks have kids so they're understanding of the need to manage life outside of work. The benefits are pretty good, but because they're a small company, they're not as nice as larger companies, however, they make up for it in other ways. Everyone has a great attitude and we all are very focused on helping the company succeed because when it succeeds, we all succeed. It's also a virtual company, and we have employees around the US and even in the UK, so it's a 100% remote job, which is awesome!
Cons
The cost of insurance is expensive compared to where I previously worked with over 350 employees vs the handful that are in Datablend. It's Aetna.
